HOCKWOLD PAPERS. Records of the manor of Hockwold-cum- Wilton, co. Norf.; 1488-1770. The principal holders of the lordship of the manor for the period were the families of Tindale (temp. Edw. IV-circ. 1584), Paston and Heveningham (circ. 1584-1660) and Wyche (from 1677; see Blomefield's Norfolk, 1805-1810, ii, pp. 177-184). Acquired with Add. Ch. 67806-67885. Cf. Add. MSS. 42513, 42514, Add. Ch. and Rolls 67442-67559 and 67897-67904, which were acquired from the same source and also relate to Hockwold-cum-Wilton. Five volumes. Paper. Folio.
