Blencowe, Sussex Archaeological Collections, x, 1858, pp. 36-52; xi, 1859, pp. 1-49, prints extracts from the papers. See also ibid., xii, 1860, pp. 240-1. The statement in H.M.C. 5th. Report App., p. 305, that 'everything of interest in these volumes has been printed' in the Sussex Archaeological Collections is incorrect. Formerly inlaid in four folio volumes, each article being numbered in ink. Later papers of the family are in the London Metropolitan Archives. See National Register of Archives Report No. 1609.
