REGISTER OF A PAMPHLET CLUB, which met every fortnight at the Red Lion Inn at Ely, co. Camb., containing quarterly records of titles and prices of books purchased, loans to members, and subscriptions and forfeits,
with other notes; 9 Jan. 1766-3 Apr. 1777. Signatures of members and accompts of the steward appear annually. Rules are included at ff. 2-4, 24b, 43b, 44, 52, 53. Names of stewards are:-Thomas Atcherley (al. Atcherly), Canon of Ely, 1766; Worth Marshall, 1767-Sept. 1775; John Rayner, Oct. 1775-3 Apr. 1777.
