45030-45047. CORRESPONDENCE AND PAPERS of various members of the Yorke family, Earls of Hardwicke; 1764-1833. These documents, which are supplementary to the original series of Hardwicke Papers (Add. MSS. 35349- 36278), were discovered at Wimpole Hall, co. Camb., formerly the seat of the Earls of Hardwicke; they are divided into two groups, viz.: A. Add. MSS. 45030-45034, the correspondence and papers of the 2nd and 3rd Earls of Hardwicke and of other members of the Yorke family, and B. Add. MSS. 45035-45047, the correspondence and papers of Charles Philip Yorke, P.C., M.P., chiefly as Secretary at War (1801-1803), Home Secretary (1803-1804) and First Lord of the Admiralty (1810-1812).
