(1) Deed of Sale (ff. 19b-23b) by Don Antonio Pemintel, Conde de Benavente, to Alonso Perez de Vivero of Valladolid of an annuity', 23 Sept. 1531, preceded (ff. 4-19b) by appointments of administrators of the Count's estate during his minority, etc., and followed by ratification by the Count of the sale, 6 Oct. 1531 (ff. 33-35b) and royal licence to the Count permitting the sale, 8 Dec. 1531 (ff. 38-39b). ff. 4-39b.
