Essex, and Archdeacon of Colchester, ob. 1722. The names of the writers will be found in the index. Among them are Simon Patrick, Bishop of Ely; Richard Kidder, Bishop of Bath and Wells; Henry Compton, Bishop of London; and Sir William Dawes, Bart., Archbishop of York. At f. 5 is the certificate of the ordination of John Warly, M.A., as priest, 11 Mar. 1665[6]; signed by Humfrey [Henchman, Bishop of] London. Paper. Folio.
