Many of the accounts are of much earlier date, extracted from the Pipe Rolls, probably as precedents. At the foot of some of the pages (see ff. 25 b, 26 b, 45) is "examinatus per J. Smyth," who appears to have been a commissioner for auditing the accounts, and for whom the volume may have been compiled. Paper; xvith cent. Folio.
