4. "An Act for the Establishment of the New Colledge of the Poor at Cobham in the county of Kent," 39 Eliz., f. 42.
5. "That the Wardens must give bond according to the statute of ye 18th of Eliz." " By Dr. Thorp, Aprill 20th 1731." f. 46. Paper; xviith or xviiith cent. The last article is in the handwriting of J. Finch, to whom the MS. belonged. Small Quarto.
