On f. 1 is the note, "Librum hunc contulit nobis fratribus in Ysselsteyn [ear Utrecht] dominus et magister Judocus de Aemstelredam, Canonicus ecclesie Sancti Petri Traiectensis, pro anima domini Petri de Mora propositi Embricensis, simulque pro anima domini Ludolphi avunculi sui, Canonici Sancti Johannis, ut eorum memoria maneat apud nos." It has also the book-plate of the Duke of Sussex. Folio.
