MINUTES of "Proceedings of the London Committee for the relief of the distresses in Germany" occasioned by the war in 1814; including, at f. 49 b, a copy of a "Report from the Association for relief for the environs of Leipsic to the London Committee, 9 May, 1814," and, at f. 57 b, an address "To the Ladies of England from the Ladies of Germany; Dresden, 30 June 1814." Paper. Presented "as a token of German grateful feeling" by the Princess Wilhelmina of Prussia and the Frauen-Verein, or Associated Ladies, of Berlin. On the upper cover is a figure of Victory embroidered by the princess. It was intended to deposit the book in the British Museum in 1815. Quarto.
