1. "Procuratorium ac modus postulandi in curiis et causis Ecelesiasticis. . . . . .quab communiter Curiæ de Arcubus appellantur:" being the "Praxis" of Francis Clarke, proctor; 1596. The last chapter is wanting. f. 2.
2. The "Praxis supremos curiae Admiralitatis" of the same author; here called "Secunda pars hujus libri," f. 150.
3. "Articles concerninge the Admiraltie of England and the jurisdiction thereof;" 21 July, 1591; an English version of the "Articuli magistri Roughton," f. 160.
