TRANSCRIPT of a portion of the MS. notes of Thomas Tonkin [ob. 1742] for a Parochial History of Cornwall, relating to the parishes of Padstow-Zennar, followed by general extracts from the same; partly in the handwriting of, and with a few notes by, Rev. John Whitaker, B.D. At the end are the following original letters relative to the Hals and Tonkin MSS.:-
