Followed by tracts on confession (f. 169), with a form of confession in French (f. 191); and on moral and canonical offences, matrimony, consanguinity, etc., (f. 196); with points of casuistry (f. 242 b). Vellum; ff. 278. End of xiiith cent. At the foot of f. 275 is written, in a hand early in the 14th century, " pro anima Agnetis de Winterseth xij d."; and on f. 278 b, in a hand of the 15th century, is a memorandum of receipts by John Cay at places in Yorkshire.
