1. " COMPENDIUM THEOLOGYE "; in seven books, with a table of chapters at the end (f. 273). The subjects treated and the arrangement agree very closely with Arundel MS. 336; but the treatment is much fuller. Imperfect; beginning in the middle of Book i., ch. 9, and pages between ff. 81 and 82, 150 and 151, and 199 and 200 having been torn out for the sake of the illuminated initials. f. 1.
2. Raymundi de Pennaforti Summa de Penitentia et matrimonio; in four books, with a table of chapters before each. Imperfect; ending in the middle of Book iv., ch. 20. The text differs very much from the edition printed at Rome in 1603, and from other MSS. in the Museum. f. 27 b. Vellum; ff. 368. Written in France, xiiith cent. With initials coloured in red and blue throughout, and, at the beginning of Books ii., iv., and vii. of art. 1, illuminated initials in gold, red, and blue. The names Stanley Mevrik and Edmund Mouricke in late 16th-century bands occur on ff. 331 and 367 b, and the MS. also belonged to [Dr.] A[ndrew] Gifford, Librarian in the British Museum (ob. 1784). Duodecimo.
