2. "Excellencias de la Ibernia, Irlanda, o Escocia mayor, que todas son unas" : consisting mainly of notes on the early Church history of Ireland. Spanish. f. 3.
3. " De officio Admirallitatis Anglie vna cum articulis concernentibus idem officium "; translated from the French by Thomas Rowghton de Rowghton. Printed (16th cent.?) in black-letter, but not the same edition as that dated " [1540?] " in the Museum Catalogue of Printed Books Imperfect , wanting a leaf at the end. f. 8.
4. Allegorical poem in alliternative verse, in which the personages are Age, Mideleld, and Youth; Age introduces into his discourse the lives of the Nine Worthies. Imperfect at the Beginning. f. 19. A perfect copy, with the title " The parlement of the thre Ages," is in Add. 31,042, f. 169. Begins (cf. Add. 31,042, f. 171 b, 1. 22):-
"Than fauconers ful frely foundyn hem aftur, To helpyn per hawks pay hyen hem yerne." Ends :-
" And Mary pat is myld quene amend vs of oure mysse." Followed, in the same hand, of the 15th cent., by a sliort list, " An heerd of hertis . . . An Jye of ffesauntz," etc., headed " Distretacio Rerum." Cf. Dame Juliana Bernes' Boke of Huntynge (at sig. e, iii b of W. de Worde's ed., 1496). f. 26 b. Paper; ff. 26. xvth-xviith centt.
