1. Instructions to the Commissioners for making the Ecclesiastical Survey; [1535]. Signed by Henry VIII., and with an imperfect impression of the Great Seal. f. 1. Printed in Valor Ecclesiasticus, 1810, vol. i. (after the general introduction).
2. Survey of the diocese of St. Asaph, made by Robert [Wharton], Bishop of that sec in obedience to the King's writ dated 20 June, 28 Hen. VIII. [1536]. Lat. f. 4. Followed by the writ (f. 25), and by the Bishop's letter to the King, accompanying the survey and dated 30 Oct. 1536 (f. 26). This Survey, which differs considerably from that made in 1535 (Valor Ecclesiasticus, vol. iv., 1821, pp. 433-456), gives the names of prebendaries, rectors, etc.
3. Two vellum leaves, containing accompts of agreements by the Court of Exchequer in co. Southampton, 13 Hen. V1II. [1521-2]; formerly used as a cover for art. 2. ff. 27, 28. Paper and vellum ; ff. 28. xvith cent. Large Quarto.
