Printed by Raynaldus, Annales Ecclesiastici, vol. xxii. (Lucca, 1753), p. 356. Paper; ff. 40. xvth cent. At ff. 37 b-38 b some notes have been inserted by John Farburn of births and deaths, 1552-1560, chiefly of members of his own family, but including the death of " John Vaus, vycar of Kyllyngholin " [Killingholm, co. Line.]. Belonged also to Joseph Mayer of Liverpool, ob. 1886 (see Wright, Volume of Vocabularies, p. 206). At f. 10 b is inscribed, in a 16th cent. hand, " Rychard Hoghson, of Cayster in ye cowntye of Yorke, gent." Folio.
