- The original MS. {Kassel, Landesbibl[iothek]., MS. mus 472. Cantus part more damaged now than when copied; Kassel MS now lacks Pavans 67-78 as well as 79-86}, must have been written after 1615 (in which year the Sophia named in no. 34 was born); or, if the 'Conte Federigo' named on f. 6, etc., is the youngest son of the Landgrave, after 1617 (the date of the former's birth).
