ff. 1r-229v: Psalter, with interlinear and marginal glosses embedding extracts from the Parva glossatura (The Small Gloss) of Anselm of Laon (b. 1050, d. 1117) and his school; followed by Canticles (ff. 152r-229v), beginning of Psalms: 'Beatus vir qui non abiit in consilio impiorum'; beginning of the glosses: 'Hic ostenditur immunis ab omni malo [...] Psalmus iste bipartitus est: de beato vire et ultionibus impiorum agens'.
ff. 230r-231r: A series of glosses on the Psalms.
Decoration:
Large historiated or decorated initials at the ten-fold divisions of the Psalms: Psalm 1, of David and Christ (f. 1r); Psalm 26, excised (f. 38r); Psalm 38 (f. 60v); Psalm 51, of David and Goliath (f. 81r); Psalm 52 (f. 82r); 68 (f. 104r); Psalm 80 (f. 129v); Psalm 97 (f. 152r); Psalm 101 (f. 155r) and at the beginning of the Canticles (f. 220r). Large initials with penwork decoration in yellow, red, green, or blue. Display capitals in yellow, red or blue, some with penwork decoration. Small initials in blue, green, or red.
