III] The second prose Brut Chronicle, with metrical prologue; in French. The rubric to the first chapter runs, "En ceo livre sont contenuz toutz les Batailles ensemblement ove les tresons de toutz les Roys q'ont estez en Engleterre," etc. It ends imperfectly in the first chapter of the reign of Edward II, f. 103.
