Dimensions: 260 x 185 mm (text space: 180/190 x 115/120 mm).
Foliation: ff. 21 + v. Folios i-ii are modern paper endleaves at the front, and ff. iv-v are the same at the back. Folio iii is a parchment endleaf at the front.
Collation: i10 (ff. 1-10), ii12-1 (ff. 11-21; 12th leaf excised after f. 21).
Script: Gothic (ff. 1r-17v: Italian bookhand; ff. 18r-20v: Italian chancery-style hand).
Binding: Post-1600. Italian, 17th-century vellum binding, gilt-stamped, with the remains of two silk ties.
