The MS. includes (ff. 231-232v) the final sentence pronounced by Pope Clement VII refusing divorce to Henry VIII from Catherine of Aragon, annulling his marriage to Anne Boleyn, restoring Catherine to her royal state, and excommunicating the king, 11 July 1533, in Latin, inc. 'La sentenza d'Inghilterra / Clemens Papa VII / Cum pendente lite coram nobis dilecto filio Paulo Capisucchio', expl. 'et dicta attemptata cum effectu non purgaverit, ex nunc pro ut ex tunc presenti declarationi locum esse volumus et decernimus / Ita pronunciamus': published in Doctissimi ... N.
