Instructions to secretaries of reigning princes, followed by models for letters, mainly relating to the Jesuits and their readmission into the territories of the Venetian Republic in 1661. Title (f. 2) 'Avvertimenti Politici e utilissimi per Signori che intraprendono affari de' Prencipi per tirare ad ottime fine ogni trattato, tanto in materia di Guerra, come ogn'altro affare domestico', inc. (f. 3) 'Se il potere e sapere mio fossero uguali', expl. (f. 49) 'far nell'honesto gran forza'. Text divided into 17 chapters. Another copy in Add. 8350, art. 1, ff. 55-115.
