Italian, Latin and French. Archival copies. Partly printed. A collection of papers concerning religious and local matters, particularly different procedures in the Latin or Greek rites. Title (f. 1) 'Decreti e Istruzioni delle Congregazioni di Propaganda Fide e del Sant'Offizio'. The MS. includes: - (a) ff. 2-37, 'Minuta di lettera all' Arcivescovo di Tiro e Sidone intorno a sei quesiti da lui trasmessi', inc. 'Si manda a Monsignor Illustrissimo', expl. 'tamen eas dimittere nolint Sanctitas Sua non annuit', in Italian, 1730; - (b) ff. 109-157, a list of 'difficultates' and 'risolutiones' to problems of faith as a kind of manual for missionaries and priests; - (c) ff. 166-169, Quaestiones. Quibus respondere debent Episcopi, Vicarii Apostolici, et Praefecti Missionum, ut de Regionibus sibi commissis plenam S. Congregationi rationem reddant. S.l. S.n. S.d. 8°. pp. 1-8.
