Paper; ff. 313+iv, plus 28 unfoliated interleaved blanks throughout. Old foliation in ink '1-72' (ff. 2-73). Composite volume. circa 274 x 200mm. Several hands. Horizontal catchwords generally on each leaf. Guilford binding of quarter vellum with decorated paper covers over pasteboards. Contents as follows:
