The MS. is described in P. de Gayangos, Catalogue of the Manuscripts in the Spanish Language in the British Museum, (1875), I, pp. 279-280 and cited in Maura Gamazo, G., Carlos II y Su Corte, (Madrid, 1911), 2 vols, passim.
