From the Catalogue of Additions (1877), pp. 22-23:
'Richard Rolle of Hampole's Prick of Conscience, with alterations by John de Bageby, a monk of Fountains Abbey, Yorkshire. At the end are the following notes:-"A M E N Quod Bagby;" "Per fratrem Johannem de Bageby commonachum monasterii beate Marie de fontibuss;" and "Explicit liber qui vocatur clauis scientie." [See a notice of this MS. by W. J. Walter, 8vo. 1816.] Vellum; end of the xivth cent. much injured by the application of an extract of galls to bring out the writing. On f. 22 b is an acknowledgment of a debt from Robert Barkynburye, of Langton to Richard Enggersoun, of York, of the end of the xvith cent.; and on f. 44b is the note, "William Smith of Haton est verus huius libri, 1598." Octavo.'
