MINUTES of proceedings on the trial of' Warren Hastings, Governor-General of Bengal; copied from shorthand notes by Mr. Joseph Gurney; 1788-1795. The speeches have been printed in "Speeches of the Managers and Counsel in the Trial of Warren Hastings," edited by E. A. Bond, Assistant keeper of the MSS. of the British Museum, for the Lords Commissioners of the Treasury, 1859-1861; and a detailed account of the evidence is given in "A History of the Trial of Warren Hastings," London, 1796, from which the numberings of the days, when not expressed in the MS., are taken.
