2. Indenture between Henry VII. and the above Mintmasters, fixing the standard of coinage; 20 Nov. A° 19 [1503], f. 3.
3. Instructions from [Margaret] Archduchess of Austria [Regent of the Netherlands] to "Thomas Gramay, generall of the mynte, and John de Woesbroke, particuler assayer of the mynte of Flaunders at Burges [Bruges], of suche thyngis as they shall shewe to the Kynge of England," concerning a proposal for making the English coinage current in the Netherlands; Brussels, 20 Feb. 1513, f. 13. With reports of the above and of the English officers of the Mint of an assay of the English coin made at the Tower, 27 Mar. 1513, ff. 17, 33.
4. "The sciens for the orderyng of goldis and siluer in all niyntis after" the order of certene goldis and siluers sterlingis in the myntis of the Duc of Burgoyne. . . . . .ordeigned at Lyle [Lille], 15 Oct. 1513, and concluded at Bredawe [Breda], 19 Dec. 1513," f. 21. At f. 43 is an inventory of certain "Gylte plaate;" and at f. 45 a memorandum by Mary Sandes of a promise made to her by her son - Bowyer concerning a lease from her nephew John Coulte 7 Jan. 1608[9].
