1. "An Account of ye Ores of Metalls: and of the manner in which they ly in ye earth. With a Representation of ye Natural Structure and Fabrick of the Terrestrial Globe: Directions in Mineing for Discovery of Ores, and an enquiry into the common Doctrine of the signs of them." f. 1.
2. "The Art of Assaying: of Fluxing and Reduceing of Ores; and of separateing and refineing of Metalls; as also an Appendix relateing to the ordering of Minerals," f. 19 b.
3. "Observations relating to the Natural History of the Ores of Metalls," and "Observations relateing to the Natural History of Minerals," ff. 60, 89. Probably intended to be connected with the first Discourse, after f. 18 b.
4. "Of Cupoloes, Reverberatory Furnaces," etc., "drawn up for yo use of Mr. Burdet," f. 98.
