Foliation: ff ii + 143. f 143 is paper. ff i and ii are paste-downs on the inside upper board. One unfoliated modern flyleaf at the beginning and one at the end.
Dimensions: 265 x 195 mm (ff 1-132); 235 x 180 mm (ff 133-141); 255 x 185 mm (f 142); 270 x 185 mm (f 143).
Ruling: 2 columns, 18-21 lines per page, ff 1-129; 2 columns, 31 lines per page, ff 130-132; 1 column, 26 lines per page, ff 133-141; 2 columns, 39 lines per page, f 142. f 143 has no formal ruling.
Binding: Half black, 20th century. The old binding, of stamped leather on wooden boards, is kept separately as Add MS 36822/1.
