Vol. I. contains opinions of William Peere Williams, Robert Raymond [afterwards Sir Robert, Attorney-General, and Lord Raymond], John Comyns [afterwards Sir John, Chief Baron of the Exchequer], William Branthwayt [Serjeant-at-law], Charles Pinfold, J. Ward, James Reynolds, afterwards [Sir James, Chief Baron of the Exchequer], J. Darnall, E. Jeffreyes; 23-29 Jan. 1717[8], ff. 34-59; and letters of R Eyre to Sir Robert Eyre, Justice of the King's Bench; All Souls Coll., Oxon., 21 Aug.-6 Dec. 1718, ff. 112-119. They belonged originally to Sir Robert Eyre, Baron of the Exchequer, and afterwards Chief Justice of the Common Pleas, one of the judges consulted, and were given by his nephew in 1794 to R. Ray. Paper. Folio and Quarto.
