Dimensions:
Foliation: ff. 239 (+ 2 unfoliated paper flyleaves at the beginning and end).
Script: Caroline minuscule.
Binding: Pre-1600. Medieval wooden boards with fragments of a 15th-century liturgical music manuscript resused as pastedowns. The upper cover is ornamented with plates of copper gilt, with a relief of Christ in the centre, and enamelled corner pieces; the borders studded with large crystals. The lower cover is medieval blind-stamped leather.
