Most of them appear to have been written for Marylebone, Ranelagh, or Vauxhall Gardens, including a song (f. 53 b) in honour of the taking of Martinique [1762]. Paper; ff. 56. Oblong octavo. Belonged to Francis Fortescue in 1782, and acquired from Rev. - Littlehales by T. W..Taphouse, of Oxford, in 1904.
