CORRESPONDENCE of William Maskell, M.A., vicar of St. Mary Church near Torquay [1847-1850], domestic chaplain to the Bishop of Exeter, etc., chiefly in connexion with the protest of the local clergy to the Bishop, against Maskell's visitation sermon at Totnes in 1848, the Gorham Case in the same year, his secession to the Church of Rome in 1850, the Vatican Council and the Decree of Papal Infallibility, etc.; 1846-1885.
