At the beginning (f. 1) is a copy of a petition from Timothy Baldwin, praying for confirmation in the rectory of Llandrillo, co. Denbigh, 10 Nov. 1659, and of Whitelocke's affirmative docket; and at the end (f. 89) copies of citations to Francis James, rector of Bladon-cum-Woodstock, co. Oxon., and William Lewis, vicar of Hillingdon, co. Midd., 21 Nov. 1649, requiring their attendance before the Commissioners, as having unduly obtained their presentations to these benefices.
