REGISTER of the Court of Record of the town and county of Poole [co. Dors.], 7 June, 1616-30 Sept. 1630. Latin. Little information beyond the names of the litigants is given. A later court-book of Poole, 1660-1680, is Add. MS. 34755. Paper ; ff. i + 128. Folio. Original limp vellum covers. On f. 1 is a note of nine shillings and six pence paid for the book by Richard Bramble, 12 Mar. 1616. Another note on the cover states that the volume was produced as evidence in the Chancery suit of Sir John Webb, [3rd] Bart., [of Odstock] v. the town of Poole, 29 Mar. 1742.
