Gravesend and Milton (1797): typed copy of MS. notes for a second edition, written in the hand of the author in an interleaved copy of the work in the possession of the Gravesend Public Library. The pencil references on the upper margin of each leaf are to the pages of the printed book. The date of the writing of the notes is presumably about 1823 (see "now 1823" on ff. 63, 110).
