POLITICAL TRACTS, temp. James I, viz. : 1. A Discourse of Peace or War, with prefatory letter to the King. By John Atkinson (see Add. MS. 34219 and Cal. State Papers Domestic, 1603-1610, p. 18). The date is evidently 1603. Other copies are in Add. MS. 38139, f. 46 (fragmentary) and Harley MS. 6353, f. 51, with which the present copy nearly agrees. f. 3.
