Material: Parchment.
Foliation: ff viii + 307. The paper flyleaves are from the calendar-tables of a printed Greek liturgical book of the 18th century. Two additional unfoliated paper flyleaves at the end.
Dimensions: 120 x 95 mm.
Ruling: 80 x 65 mm, 18 lines per page.
Binding: Blind-tooled leather binding, on wooden boards (17th century?), with strap for clasp.
Decoration: Eight full-page illuminations, much-rubbed. Headings in gold.

Probably written in or just before 1090: the table of movable feasts (ff 37r-41v) begins with September 1090.
Monastery of St Sabba, near Jerusalem: ownership inscription (f. iv verso).
