The viola part for that edition (Music Library press-mark g.421.ee.(2.)), acquired with the present MS. in Mar. 1961, formed items 45 to 47 in a bound volume: the manuscript parts of Duo 4 are numbered '48' in the same hand (ff. 1b, 5b). Owned by 'Mr. James Cazenove' (ff. 1, 5). Transferred from the Music Library.

Slightly imperfect at the end. Autograph presentation note to '[erased] from his sincere friend Henry R. Bishop. July-1842.' on f. 15. Followed (ff. 32-35b) by two copies of the vocal parts of an arrangement for trio (SSB). Published in the trio arrangement (SSB) in C, 1864. Notes for engravers, passim.
