Included also are a few letters of Hippisley and other officers in the service of the East India Co. and copies of correspondence of Fullarton with George Macartney, Baron and (1794) Earl Macartney, Governor and President of Fort St George, the Select Committee there, and others. At f. 318 is a key to the official cyphers.
