HIERONYMI Martyrologium; cum epistola Chromatii et Heliodori, Episcoporum, ad eum, et replicatione Hieronymi preefixis;-Actorum Concilii Aquisgranensis, sub Ludovico Pio, Imperatore, anno 816 habiti, liber primus; scilicet, De institutione Canonicorum [much fuller than in the edition of Labbe, and the order of the chapters different];-" Epistola formata Attici, Episcopi Constantinopolitani;"-Ex decreto Zachariæ Papæ, cap. iii.;-Ex S. Isidori Regula, de delictis;-De Septuagesima Paschæ, etc. ;-Series Pontificum Romanoruni et Imperatorum, usque ad Adrianum IV. et Lotharium. [A.D. 1154.] On vellum, written in the xith century, with the exception of the last article, which is a century later. A fragment of two leaves is inserted at the commencement, written in a hand of the xvth century, containing the ordinances of one of the Italian cities (probably in the Roman States), against homicide and other offences, among which is an ordinance " De ludis prohibitis," mentioning azardum, taxillos, cartas," and several other games. This volume formerly belonged to the church of St. Maria trans Tiberin, and many marginal notes and obits occur in the Martyrology, referring to events connected with that church, from the xith to the xivth century.
