2. Will of E. Gibbon, dated at Lausanne, 1 Oct. 1791. Holograph; signed and sealed. See Gibbon's Miscellaneous Works, 1814, vol. i. p. 426. f. 15.
3. Power of attorney from [John Baker Holroyd, Baron, afterw. Earl of] Sheffield, and Edward Darell, executors of the above will, to William de Sévery, of Lausanne, to act for them there; London, 25 Feb. 1794. Signed. f. 17.
4. Catalogue of Gibbon's books arranged under sizes (cf. Add. 34,716). When the catalogue was compiled there were 1978 volumes, but 40 additional entries were made by Gibbon in his own hand. ff. 19. Paper; ff. 46. Purchased, with No. 34,716, from M. William de Charrière de Sévery (cf. art. 3), of Lausanne. Folio.
