The MS. was used by John Nichols for his History of Leicestershire, and contains a few notes in his hand. Belonged to Sir T. Phillipps (MS. 3575, sale-cat. 1895, lot 570), and H. B. Weaver (sale-cat. 1898, lot 338). 14 X 9 in.
