An official copy of the Act by which the Emperor Charles V. conferred the title of King of Naples, "Sicilia Citerior," upon his son Philip, with an account of its formal presentation to the latter during the celebration of his marriage with Queen Mary of England in the Cathedral of Winchester, on the 25 July, 1554; attested by the signature of the public notary Gonsalvo Perez. The seal is broken away. Lat. f. 1.
