ff. 1r-6r: The Rule of the Poor Clares, a copy of the Bull of Clement VI, confirming that of Clement IV (made 31 December 1266), which in turn confirms and recites the Rule of the Poor Clares, as drawn up by Rinaldo, Bishop of Ostia and Velletri (afterwards Pope Alexander IV), and approved by Innocent IV. The text is prefaced by a description of the original and its bulla, and is certified by two notaries (ff. 5v, 6r); written in Latin, the text beginning, 'Tenorem quarundam literarrum...'; dated 5 July 1420.
ff. 6v-12r: A copy of the same Bull, translated into Italian, beginning, 'Clemente... a perpetua memoria della cosa. Hauemo facto notare...'
ff. 12v-19v: Ordinances additional to the Rule of the Poor Clares, directed to be read every two months; written in Italian and arranged in 14 chapters, beginning, 'Nel nome del nostro segnore miser Yhesu Christo. Questo ordinatione infrascripte sono fatte…'
ff. 20r-23r: Directions for the celebration of liturgical offices, written in Italian and arranged in nine chapters, beginning, 'A tutte le hore canoniche prima sia sonata la campana magiore...'
ff. 23v-27r: A set of letters of Cardinal Philippe de Cabassole (b. 1305, d. 1372) to the General and Provincials of the Franciscan Order, confirming the rules for the government and visitation of the houses of Poor Clares promulgated by Joannes Minius de Muro and confirmed by Arnaldus a Pelagrua in 1317; written in Latin; dated Montefiascone, 19 May 1370.

ff. 33v-34r: A set of letters of Pope Eugenius IV to Jacobus de Primaditiis of Bologna, Vicar General of the Observantine Franciscans, authorising him to visit the houses of Poor Clares and allow certain dispensations from the Rule; written in Latin, beginning, 'Eugenius... ordinis tui presertim...'; dated Rome, 5 February 1446.
f. 34v: A letter of Johannes de Alemania to Johannes Marchetus, quoting a privilege of Pope Nicholas V, permitting Poor Clares not attached to a house to enter monasteries of their order; written in Italian and Latin, beginning, 'Auiso la paternita nostra...'; undated [possibly 1447].
ff. 34v-35v: The privilege of Pope Nicholas V (quoted in the item above), written in Latin, beginning, 'Nicolaus... Digna reddimur attentione'; dated Rome, 5 March 1447.
f. 35v: An extract from a papal bull, the 'bulla aurea' of Pope Sixtus IV (made in 1479), written in Latin, beginning, 'Et ne propter monasteria monialium...'

Mart. anno 1 [26 Feb. 1343], confirming that of Clement IV (31 Dec. 1266), which confirms and recites the Rule as drawn up by Rinaldo, Bishop of Ostia and Velletri (afterw. Pope Alexander IV), and approved by Innocent IV [in 1253].
