The illuminated first leaf is missing. Vellum; ff. ii + 58. Quarto. A.D. 1541. Original gilt-tooled panel binding of reddish brown leather, with the name "Hieronymi de Mvsto " on the upper cover and the date "M.D. xxxxi" on the lower. Edges gilt. Bookplate of arms of Major Bryan Palmes (sale-cat., Sotheby's, 14-16 July 1924, lot 377).
