ORIGINAL LETTERS from Browne Willis, LL.D., to Dr. Andrew Coltee Ducarel, LL.D., from 4 Dec. 1745 to 9 Jan. 1760, inclosing several Lists of Chancellors and Vicars General of various dioceses. Among these Letters are inserted two from Katherine Willis (his daughter) to Dr. Ducarel, 16 Apr. [1757], 8 Mar. [1758], ff. 102, 121 ; and a fragment of a Letter from William Cowper, M.D., of Chester, f. 88. At

the end are added four Letters from the Rev. John Gibberd (curate of Whaddon) to Dr. Ducarel, with an account of Browne Willis's death, will, etc., 5 Feb.-9 Apr. 1760, ff. 177-182 ; and Letters to the same from Francis Wise, 18 Alar. 1760, f. 186 ; the Rev.
