ff. 2r-47r: John Cassian, De Institutis Coenobiorum (Institues of the Monasteries), preceded by the prologue (ff. 2r-v).
ff. 48r-193v: John Cassian, Collationes (Collations), preceded by a list of the collations (f. 48r) and a short text on Cassian's life (ff. 48r-v), beginning: 'Incipit de ortu et gestis ac fine beatissimi Patris Cassiani. Cassianus natione scita, Constantinopoli ab Iohanne magno episcopo diachonus ordinatus'; the Prologue of the Collationes (ff. 48v-49r), beginning: 'Debitum quod beatissimo pape Castori in eorum voluminum prefatione promissum est'; followed by capitula for Book 1 (ff. 49r-v); the first Collation begins (f. 49v): 'Cum in eremo Scitii', each collation is preceded by capitula.

One large decorated initial 'D' for 'Domino', with interlace and floriated motifs, partially filled with red and yellow, the rest remain uncoloured (f. 1r).
One large line-filler with interlace in red and blue (f. 1r).
Numerous decorated initials with interlaces and foliated motifs, coloured with red, green, blue and yellow (e. g., ff. 2r, 13v, 18v).
